Ritz Carlton

Starting in 2017, the Cleveland Ritz Carlton underwent an extensive 18-month long renovation of their entire hotel. While the Ritz Carlton is known for hosting touring musicians, professional sporting teams and celebrities, the renovations didn’t stop this hotel from keeping its doors open for business as usual; which required our team to work with minimal disturbance to its guests. The Cleveland Ritz Carlton is the only Ritz Carlton located in Ohio and one of only 100 worldwide.

We installed wall covering in each of the 206 guest rooms as well as painted all of the trim. Wall covering was also installed on all nine floors of the guest room corridors, including the painting of all trim.

The two amenity floors consist of the main lobby, ballroom, pre-function area, meeting rooms and fitness area. All of the woodwork trim and panels on these two floors had to be stripped and bleached to bare wood. Once we completed that process, we then applied a white pickle stain and finish. Wall covering was installed to all of the remaining walls on these two floors which included installing custom-cut acoustic Nappatile panels. The wall covering used for this entire project was from several different high-end manufacturers.
