Since 2010, Dawn has brought extensive experience in small business accounting and administration to The Dependable Painting Company, making her an ideal fit for the fast-paced, multifaceted environment. She utilizes her expertise in job costing and office accounting to support the company’s financial operations. In addition to her accounting duties, Dawn handles payroll, all tax-related filings, human resources, workers’ compensation, business insurances, and more. The variety of her responsibilities ensures that no two days are the same, keeping the role, both challenging and rewarding.
Paige Mayle
Bookkeeper
Paige Mayle joined The Dependable Painting Company in 2023. She holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University. Paige brings a strong financial and organizational background to the team, providing essential administrative support to project managers. Her responsibilities include Accounts Payable and Receivable, processing labor payroll, managing payroll-related government compliance documentation, and coordinating the painters' work schedules. Paige’s attention to detail and financial expertise ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions.
Tim O’Connell
Warehouse Manager
Tim O’Connell came to The Dependable Painting Company with more than 20 years of experience in the painting industry. As Warehouse Manager, he works directly with the project managers and painters to coordinate the equipment and supplies required for each project. Tim is also in direct contact with all equipment and material suppliers. His warehouse team orchestrates numerous deliveries a day to job sites as well as cleaning and maintaining all equipment. The Warehouse Team consists of Emmanuel Jackson (Delivery Manager) and Brett Willgren (Equipment Manager).
