NASA Rockets

Using a mechanical lift to help reach the nose of the NASA rockets, The Dependable Painting Company removed out-of-date graphics, then sanded, primed, painted, and installed new striping and graphics. The newest graphics match the vehicles scheduled to go into space. The work involved scaling down the sizes of the stripes and graphics from the actual full size rockets to make these models appear an exact copy. On the full size rockets, the black and white stripings are used to assist in monitoring the vehicles’ performance; including rotation during lift off.
