Arhaus Furniture

In 2018, Dependable Painting was contracted to provide painting and textured coatings at the new Arhaus Furniture flagship store in Legacy Village, and again in 2019 for Arhaus Furniture at Summit Mall. At the Legacy Village store, painting included drywall ceilings, exposed structural ceilings, structural steel columns at storefronts and custom wood doors/windows at the front and rear entry vestibules.

All interior walls were scheduled to receive a knockdown finish. The walls were sprayed with a high-build prime coat before application of the splatter coat using a Graco TexSpray unit. After allowing the splatter coat to setup, we carefully hand troweled the walls to create the knockdown finish. Our painters used aerial lifts to apply the knockdown finish at the 28-foot high perimeter walls, which required extra care and patience to ensure a uniform finish pattern.

The result was a handsome, durable wall finish that can remain as is, or faux finished for a more decorative look. The result is a wonderful backdrop to the Arhaus furniture and accessories.
