Dwellworks Office Space

When moving their company offices from the suburbs to downtown Cleveland’s historic F.W. Woolworth Building, Dwellworks wanted to maintain some of the key historical and architectural details of the building. The Dependable Painting Company spray-painted the plaster ceiling and exposed ductwork to give the office a bright open feel. Murals of historic Cleveland were installed. Walls were painted with accent colors for added vibrancy. Exposed brick on the perimeter walls was cleaned and sealed. And a modern touch was added by applying a dry erase paint to walls where employees can literally write on the walls.
