CSU Fenn Tower

Fenn Tower, of Cleveland State University, was rehabilitated in 2006 to create 175 apartment-style student housing units. Peeling paint was identified as lead based. The hazardous materials were contained, removed, and properly disposed. Walnut paneling in the ballroom and first floor entrance were refinished. The billiard room, dorm rooms, restrooms, public areas, and the café were all freshly painted.
