Dawn Fischer’s previous experiences in small business accounting and administration prove to be ideal in The Dependable Painting Company’s environment where she utilizes job costing and multiple office accounting. Along with her accounting duties, she also handles payroll and all tax related filings, human resources, workers’ compensation, business insurances, and more. Every day is diverse which keeps this job very challenging.
Donna Hansen
Bookkeeper
Donna Hansen has answered the phones and greeted visitors at The Dependable Painting Company for more than 20 years. She provides administrative assistance to project managers, data entry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, processes the labor payroll as well as handling all payroll related government compliance documents and facilitates the painters’ work schedule. Donna is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College.
Martha Shearman
Administrative Assistant
Joining The Dependable Painting Company's Toledo office shortly after opening, Martha Shearman works closely with the Project Manager to provide full service and satisfaction to clients in Northwest Ohio. Having worked in various jobs through her father’s painting company, Martha has a great understanding of the family-owned painting industry. With her expertise, she is able to assist with the day-to-day operations whether it is the painters’ work schedule, any required equipment and supplies for projects, or submitting project billings; the Toledo office runs smoothly with her assistance.
Tim O’Connell
Warehouse Manager
Tim O’Connell came to The Dependable Painting Company with more than 20 years of experience in the painting industry. As Warehouse Manager, he works directly with the project managers and painters to coordinate the equipment and supplies required for each project. Tim is also in direct contact with all equipment and material suppliers. His warehouse team orchestrates numerous deliveries a day to job sites as well as cleaning and maintaining all equipment. The Warehouse Team consists of Emmanuel Jackson (Delivery Manager) and Brett Willgren (Equipment Manager).
