Used approximately 1,500 gallons of stripper to remove 15 – 18 coats of paint, most of which contained lead.

Prior to painting, entire exterior was power sanded with vacuum attachment heads and HEPA filters.
Exterior painted using historically accurate colors with a three-coat acrylic system.
Existing wallcovering removed and reproduction historical wallpaper and borders were hung on ceilings and walls.
All woodwork in the house was also refinished.
