The Cleveland Metroparks celebrated their 100th Birthday in 2017 along with the opening of the Edgewater Beach House; an open-air, two-story plaza providing concessions, restrooms, and changing rooms.

We applied a protective sealer to over 22,000 lineal feet of tongue-and-groove Western Red Cedar planks that were installed to the ceiling to emulate the underside of a boat. Metallic paint was applied to all of the second floor columns which provide support for the ceiling/roof and also hide utilities. We also painted the interior walls, ceilings, and floors of the first floor concession area, kitchen, restrooms, first-aid area, and offices.
